This beautiful piece of fine art express in best way all characteristics of entire Saluki's appearance: it is one of total grace, balance and elegance.
Also known as Gazelle Hound, Arabian Hound, Persian Greyhound, Tanji, Persian Sighthound.
Modern Salukis retain the qualities of hunting hounds. Salukis have an unusual gait when they are at top speed: all four of their legs are in the air at the same time. The Saluki has a slim, greyhound-like body with long silky feathering on the ears and tail.
They may appear reserved and uninterested. They learn quickly but can get bored with repetition, so training sessions should be short and varied. Salukis need regular exercise, but behave quietly indoors. They do not bark much but "sing" when they feel that something is wrong or when a member of the family is away for a long period of time. This loyal dog may become attached to one person.
Salukis get along well with children, but must be respected when they want to be left alone and rest.
The figurine is unfaceted, so you can see not a shiny piece of a crystal glass, but a real animal, just ready to greet you with his first tail-wag!

Careful packaging is one of the most important factors of distance selling, especially if one has to deal with fragile articles. We pack adequately your precious item for a safe shipment.
First we wrap the item in a bubble wrap, which makes gentle, but very strong protective "coat" around the glass statue or miniature. Then the item is placed in a box, which is filled with especially designed for fragile items packaging material - "peanuts", made of bubbled foam. This packaging method is very efficient, as the foam is absorbing much stress and pressure while keeping the contents safe. |
