We do NOT accept COD’s, postal money orders, or bank drafts. Personal checks will only be accepted through Paypal e-check services.

Shipping rates are based solely upon the actual weight of the item and packing (box, foam wrap, etc.). Our shipping charges include packaging, handling, shipping and insurance. Normal registered mail will take 5-8 days to Australia.

For P.O. Boxes or Locked Bag we will just sent the item via normal mail. No pick-up facilities available. Thanks.

Please note that we only ship one order per shipping address; meaning we cannot divide orders to be shipped to separate addresses for only one shipping fee or free shipping.
Combined Shipping
Upon ordering same multiple items from our store, a discounted shipping rate will apply. To take advantage of the combined shipping rate, you must pay for all of the items at one time after they have been combined on one invoice.If you have won multiple different items and they are not combined on one invoice, please e-mail us.
**If you pay for each item separately, you will not be offered a combined shipping rate.
Express Shipment 2-3 days shipping via express courier services are available. Prices are dependent upon order weight and destination. Generally, the first 500 grams to Australia cost $16.00.
Tracking Numbers Tracking numbers are available for express shipment only.
Customs
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling and/or optional insurance (if requested) for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by you.
Shipping Damages Within 48 hours of receipt, report any damages to us.
Late or Lost Orders
In the event that an order shipped using Standard Shipping is late, there is a 45 days waiting period from notification to TeaCuppa before the order is considered officially "lost". Usually, these delays are attributed to the customs process and are beyond our control.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all PerfectCuppa merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return and refund your money upon receiving the return merchandise. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
