General Information
I try to give as true a description of an item as possible. I try to make sure that you have as complete a picture as possible to make an informed choice however I am only human.
As it is impossible to track items in pre paid satchels once they have left my hands all items are sent via parcel post and registered. This means that items are traceable and insured.
Nothing is more disappointing than receiving an item that has been poorly packaged. All my items are packaged well with bubble wrap, if necessary cardboard for strength and security to protect against rain and transport abuse. To reduce costs I will try to use good quality recycled materials.
Postage
I post within one day of receipt of payment into my account.
Postage quoted is the maximum cost.
Payment
Australian customers
Direct deposit to account is preferred. This is much easier and more importantly cheaper for all of us. You may also pay by money order, bank cheque. Paypal is not accepted as it is extremely costly for domestic transactions.
Overseas customers
Paypal or paymate only is accepted. Please contact for postal quote before bidding.
Combining Purchases
I am very happy to combine postage on multiple purchases.
Winning bidder
Please make contact within 3 days and payment within 7 is appreciated. Please use your id with your payment so that it can be readily identified and so that you can receive your item as quickly as possible.
Any Problems
Should in the unlikely event that a problem arises please contact me in the first instance and I will do all that I can to resolve the problem.
Feedback
I consider that a transaction is not complete until the buyer has indicated that they have received their item, through feedback is fine.
