Up for auction is this gorgeous item that I am selling on behalf of an old lady. I am NO expert and these are all the infos I could gather from a local antique shop=
Item is a Dresser or Vanity Tray, ORMOLU, with glass and a lovely handmade lace with embroidery in the middle under it
Period= 1920's-1930's (most likely 1920's due to the lace pattern)
Very collectable and quite rare, the same shop sold a similar one for $200 a couple of years ago.
Condition is very good considering the age and usage. I have been advised NOT to polish the Ormolu and leave its aged patina.
