Shaolin double whips are a kind of soft weapon in Shaolin kungfu but whips can also be used as hard weapons. It is a difficult weapon to practice. It is used as a rope when twining, as a staff when stretched, as a spear when thrust, and as a sword when cutting. It is powerful and hard to defend against. Its movements are beautiful. In modern times the set of the double whips is often practiced as a way to perform or improve health. It enjoys high popularity among the martial arts lovers.

The Techniques is instructed by Chinese Master! In this video you will see many practical applications & demonstrations. It is really a good opportunity see a Master from the homeland of Kung Fu perform the form. The audio of this instructional is in Mandarin but everything is done slowly and from many angles to ensure proper learning. Handwork and footwork are shown as well. It is clearly demonstrated for the viewer and the video of the Master performing the form makes this a truly RARE and VALUABLE find.
