The Magnetic Personal Underlay is designed to be a multi-
purposed underlay. Although its main use is as an
underlay on the bed it can also be used in a high
back chair to relieve back problems, or
positioned over the knees to
relieve cold legs.
The Magnetic Personal Underlay has a detachable,
washable cover and can also be folded up and
put into a travel bag.
The Magnetic Underlay works as a passive treatment for
such symptoms as joint pain, muscle cramping,
arthritic pain, stress and insomnia.
In addition, as well as providing a better quality sleep, the
underlay also stimulates better circulation and assists
with the relief of lower back pain and soft
tissue injuries.

N.B. Magnets work best when close to the body. Keep this in
mind when comparing underlays - especially those with
a thick cover such as wool underlays where the space
between the magnets and your body increase
according to the thickness of the wool cover -
wool can add 3-5 cms between the
magnet and your body!!!
With this underlay there is only two relatively thin
pieces of material between the magnets and
your body - the cover and the sheet you
put over the underlay.
Based on the simple inverse square
law of Physics principle:
when magnets are 1cm from the skin they are working
at one quarter of their power
when magnets are 2cm from the skin they are working
at one sixteenth of their power
Keep this in mind when looking at underlays with thick
covers, particularly thick wool underlays
