Shipping Policy : Liability on shipment ends once the courier service takes custody of the item. This simply means that liability on each shipment ceases at the point of drop off or hand over to the courier service. We will not take any responsibility if the item is lost from this point afterwards. Shipment does not come with any standard insurance. However, shipping insurance option is available for buyers

Refund ONLY applies to faulty products. If you believe the product to be faulty within 3 DAYS of receiving it, you may return it with the postage at your cost. We will replace it with a new one and mail it to you at our cost if product proves to be faulty. Goods MUST be in the same condition as received. If product is UNAVAILABLE to be replaced due to NO stock on hand at that time. Payment of product & return postage ONLY will be refunded.

All returns must be packaged securely, otherwise they will not be accepted - insurance recommended.

Buyers must agree to conditions of sale before bidding or purchasing.

We are not responsible for items lost/damaged during transit - insurance recommended. All items sent by registered post include insurance. Items sent by express post and regular post are not insured. To change postage option on any item please contact us. Any issues arising from shipping are generally beyond our control, but if problems do occur we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

We will not accept negative feedback in respect to items lost/damaged in transit when item was not sent by registered post or insured.

For any items unpaid a non-payment report will be forwarded to eBay.

"Change of mind" returns will be charge 20% of purchased price as restocking fee. (Not that we want to make money on your returns, restocking fees only for us to cover the cost on postage discounts and non refundable eBay insertion fees)

General Processing Information : As per eBay’s general terms and conditions, both buyer and seller have 7 business days to complete their transactions before a non paying bidder alert is filed.

Orders received after 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will start processing on the next business day. Normal processing time for an order is taken within 24-48 hours after a full payment is received and cleared by the banks. However, we reserve the rights to take up to seven business days to process any incoming order.
