Ca.1950’s Art Deco Savouries Server


(as Retro as you can get!)


 


There weren’t many of these available and none of the very few I’ve come across are now complete and undamaged.  This one is in pristine condition.


 


Made by Elisher Australia, this is a magnificent piece of Australiana!


 


The set comprises a wrought round base with handle upon which sit a set of six (6) specially designed china bowls in gorgeous colours.  The bowl colours as can be seen in the images supplied include Sky Blue, Pink, Lilac, Brown, Yellow and Dark Green.


 


The round base is approx.  35cm (14 inches) in diameter.  The handle rises 23cm (9 inches).  Each bowl measures 16cm (6 inches) long; 10cm (6 inches) wide by 5cm (2 inches) deep.
