Introducing Ruby, aka ROO BEAR!
As a puppy 15 years ago, Ruby looked like a little fluffy bear. Hence the nick name.
Ruby is a Red Cloud Kelpi Cross, better known as a sheep dog. Brought up in an urban back yard, she chased birds and cats that wandered in. Never seen a sheep!.
Ruby is almost blind now and very grey around the muzzle and her hearing is almost gone. She love's her dad (Daryl) very much and always knows when he is around.
I've had this photo for 15 years and have only just had the urge to paint her. I hope someone will love this painting enough to give it a good home.
Painted with acrylic and varnished on black Gessed Archival Card.
Art Card size is 4" x 4 " (10cm x 10cm)
